Past Consulting Projects:
• Partnered with Ohio State University to help small businesses and inventors obtain grant money to fund their businesses and inventions. Created a grant package and presentation, delivered to Ohio State University small business creation board team Secured $12,000 grant for the business owner to assist in his project development.
• Designed several company newsletters, logo designs and packaging for new products for R&R Tool, Inc., and their clients, to include J&L Manufacturing logo and packaging for product specifications and shipment to China.
• Created policy, procedures, and training as well as implementation for “Worker Safety Program” and “Drug Free Workplace Program” to comply with Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation which reduced company Workers Compensation payments while and improving culture and company safety.
• Created production materials and campaign for IMPEX Design Show, held in Pittsburgh, PA.
• Created policy, procedures, and marketing materials for companywide scrap reduction campaign. “Skunk Works” which led to a large reduction in scrap materials, and large monetary savings per quarter.
• Assisted with new product development on an ongoing basis from project development to marketplace, to include marketing strategy, manufacturing, and pricing.
• Conducted training for engineers and quality department on problem solving, SWOT analysis, ROI and time and stress management practices. • Designed and revamped company policies and procedures
